Stars

The one thing in this world I can count on is the stars
Though infinite, will always be there.
They wont tell your secret desires when you wish upon them.
When they shoot they are not aiming to cause harm.
When they shine they look to guide and you look to one to find your home.
The North Star will always guide you to where your heart is "home is where the heart is" and the stars can see it.
They are these massive things that see into us and view our lives.
The stars will always be around as long as you are looking.
That first one to wish upon, as a child its a magic moment to close your eyes and wish upon that star, it seems to just shine brighter than all the rest, even if it isnt really.
Everyone says how big and vast we are compared to other creatures, but just look at the stars, vast and uncountable.
The night sky brings the first sense of hope, the twinkle of the stars and the light they leave for us.
A staple for a romantic moonlight walk, that hope for the lost dreamer, the getaway from the city for the overworked business man.
Everyone looks to the sunset as the most beautiful thing, but look at the stars.
The way I figure, there is one star for each of us, both past present and future, and as long as there is someone looking out into the night sky to view the stars, they will remain endless and vast.
The magic within the glory of the galaxy.
Take a look, see the natural beauty that we can already see that is not on our planet. Beauty beyond this galaxy.

My world is changing
And I'm trying to rearrange
My mind wants one thing
But my heart begs to differ
I just want things to be clear
But the fog comes thicker and thicker
But the day the fog lifts
Will be the day I'll convince
Myself to be true
And to do the things that I do
With a smile on my face
And know that life isn't a race
That each day has its ups
